1.Order processing time:

* The order review process typically takes approximately 2-5 working days. Only then will your order be confirmed and ready for packaging and shipment.

*Within 3 to 5 working days after your order is approved, our warehouse will complete the picking, inspection and packaging of all orders. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.

* For pre-sale items or those with special instructions, please refer to the description on the product page for the processing time. 


2. Global Distribution Coverage: 

We are proud to offer global delivery services covering multiple countries and regions. The specific delivery area and shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on the delivery address you select.

Please note: For some remote areas or special destinations affected by international logistics, the delivery time and method may vary. We will try our best to provide estimated information before you place the order. 


3. Delivery Time (Estimate):

* Destination Country/Region: The actual delivery time is influenced by multiple factors such as the origin and destination locations, international transportation methods (mainly air transportation), customs clearance efficiency in the destination country, and the speed of local last-mile delivery. The following is a rough time range (for reference only):

* Major Countries (such as Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, major cities in Southeast Asia, etc.): Approximately 15-30 working days.

* Other Regions: Approximately 20-35 working days or longer.

* Important Note: The above timeframes are only estimates based on working days and do not include our order processing time or force majeure factors (such as customs inspections, extreme weather, flight delays, local holidays, international logistics congestion, etc.). The time for customs clearance is not under our control. 


4. Shipping Fee Calculation:

* Currently, all our orders are free of shipping charges (no tax included).

* When our free shipping policy is revoked, we will make an announcement on our official website! Thank you for your support!

5. Logistics Information Tracking:

* After the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number of the international express delivery.

* You can directly enter the tracking number on the "My Account" page of our website or visit the official website of the international courier company (such as DHL, FedEx, EMS, 4PX, etc.) to check the real-time status of your package transportation. 


6. Taxes and Customs Clearance:

* Import duties, value-added tax or other taxes: Depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country, the package may be subject to import-related taxes. This fee is borne by the recipient (i.e., the buyer), and the specific amount and payment method are determined by the destination customs. We will accurately fill in the customs declaration documents (such as product name, quantity, declared value) at the time of shipment. We cannot estimate or pay this fee on your behalf.

* Customs clearance assistance: We provide necessary commercial invoices and transportation documents to assist with customs clearance. If the customs requires additional information, the carrier or the customs may contact you directly.
